Introduction
The following project will deal with the construction of a world class Airport terminal in
Seattle, more specifically the Paine field, which has been home to the Boeing Company for
years. The decision to award the contract of a new airport terminal in the Paine fields comes
amid growing concerns of increasing traffic in Sea Tac International (usatoday.com, 2018). The
following assignment will provide a detailed and compact discussion on the management of the
total project.
Activities, Supplies and Services that must be contracted out
The construction of the terminal building and the other required items will need a lot of
different things. This includes the likes of the different activities that need to be performed by the
construction agency, the suppliers that need to be contacted for supplying the necessary materials
for the ongoing project and most importantly the services that needs to be arranged accordingly.
Some of the main activities include fixing the budget of the project, identification of the
shareholders and fixing meetings with them accordingly, updating each and every of the different
types of project details timely to the shareholders and the others attached to the project. The
supplies will include the supplies of the construction materials, the different equipments, the
supply of labors, the supply of technical equipments and other necessary items (Harrison &
Lock, 2017). The terminal will be prepared according based on the integrated systems required to
operate a terminal. The construction company aims to take help from the construction
organizations of large Airports like Abu Dhabi international and Dubai International for
necessary consultation. Apart from this the Airport will also integrate the airport runway
management system, Air Traffic control systems and many more similar systems as such.

will respond to the RFI’s. The most important element to construct a request for information lies
in the identification of the industry perspective and the feedback on the different questions

under this particular project are listed under 49 U.S.C Section 47105 of US Federal Law. The
following laws bind both the parties under a common bond under which they will be forced to
follow all the different rules and regulations and avoidance of which can cause serious legal
issues.

Britt Smith can take the help of public or private limited companies to complete the
following project. The partnership will be required to ensure the project meets the deadlines and
be flawless.
