destination has its own appeal. These are the activities that lead to provide significant charm to
the tourist industry and it is also important to keep tourism alive regarding its accessibility.
Along with this, undertaking the climate change the beauty of local destinations are threatened in
terms of accessibility as it leads to destroy airports, roads, bridges and other travel modes during
extreme weather disturbances (Köberl, Prettenthaler and Bird, 2016). In terms of this, adapting
social practices leads to damage the climate to the consequences of changes that can continue the

is another famous tourist place because of its climate conditions and beaches but warming leads
to bring climate changes that negatively influences island. Furthermore, Maldives and Bahamas
both are vulnerable to the storm surges that can get worse in terms of raising the sea level. Along
with this, freshwater bodes also turn unpalatable due to the entrance of seawater. Away with this,
flooding and coastal erosion has prominent impact on the tourism industry of Bahamas due to its
tourism which depends on the beauty of coastal areas but because of strong storm its resorts and
hotels suffers from severe damage.
Threat from winter activities that leads to reduce snow cover:
Increasing sea level and coral bleaching threaten the tropical islands that are located in
the colder regions and also face various kinds of threats that lead to bring climate changes. Along
with this, the tourism sector of cold regions are depends on winter sports like skiing and other
fun activities related to ice. In terms of this, trend in the weather conditions is warm which
represent that summer months could be extended and leads to cover snow that would be lower.
Without proper snow skiing resorts would not be able to run their fun activities and does not
offer usual winter activities as without those activities, tourism become slower as the visitors

does not get stuck in skiing resorts as nothing to do for vacation time. Away with this, wildlife
also not able to adapt rapid changes that results in the extinction as wildlife enthusiasts and
would not visit the usual places where tourism in normal (Hall, 2016). Furthermore, long

warming of hot regions.
Spread of Diseases:
In terms of this, there are various diseases that thrive on warmer climates and most of
them spread in terms of carry out to the other countries that does not have past because of the
movement of people and commodities. In terms of this, dengue and malaria carrying mosquito
do not thrive in cold climate as they are prominently found in South-east Asia and Africa but due
to global warming, these mosquito leads to generate in other nations as well that tends to spread
further diseases (Bonzanigo, Giupponi and Balbi, 2016). In terms of this, it leads to influence the
tourism as the holiday makes have to avoid tourist destination that can become the vital source of
fatal illness. For instance, Spain is seen as no risk destination or nation as it does not need to get
proper immunized for malaria. Therefore, people can visit Spain and have prominent fun without
any worry about disease as Malaria has resurfaced in Spain due to its climate change in the
particular area that becomes ideal for breeding of mosquitoes in terms of carrying diseases.
Loss of income for tourist destinations:
Because of climate change, temperature leads to increase that results in melting of snow-
caps and flood in coastal areas. Along with this, melting of snow-caps leads to hurt the skiing
operators in Australia, Japan, North America and other European countries. For this, snow melts
and causes the water level to increase that leads to turn in flood in terms of coastal areas which is
very attractive which is like to experience the sea level. Along with this, it is prominent to deal
with huge blow on the sector that indirectly and directly depends on tourism (Gómez-Martín,
Armesto-López and Amelung, 2016). Furthermore, ski resorts also lose customers without
proper snow for their usual activities and due to this, beaches, natural attractive places and
resorts leads to damage after flooding.
Therefore, become the biggest source of income that can become the source of pollution
that leads to influence whole environment and also contribute towards the climate change. For
this, ground transport tends to increase emissions of carbon dioxide that can cause damage to

that tourism does not become an issue. Moreover, Phuket Island of Thailand tends to promote

carbon neutral concept leads to impact the environmental condition of island that that can put
negative impact on running and functioning of tourism industry but the environmental stewards
leads to protect and conserve natural resources for future purpose and it develops for the sake of
businesses and individuals in terms of measuring the limit of carbon footprints and also target

increase in sea levels, flooding and also cause modifications in tourism industry. For this, it
prominently influence the tourist percentage and most visit places due the influence of natural
resources such as coral reefs and beaches that prominently damage climate changes.
