• The main purpose of the choosing the topic such as allergy and its
management is to gain knowledge as well as understanding about
what are the things from which allergies can occur.
• There is also gain knowledge to the other nurses about allergy is how
it can be effectively managed if the condition arises within people.
• There are some educational theories that can help me to bring out
effective knowledge about the allergies to the other nurses.
• The specific educational interventions can give the other nurses with
support that is required to acquire the effective skills which is being
taught by the educational system and must address the functional
skills, the behavioral, cognitive as well as the social skills which
directly make influence the capability of the other nurses to access
the education.

nurses to use the cognitive theory, that simply is the use

• It can involve the understanding of specific time period in which
the nurses can effectively maximize or minimize the cause of
illness in an individual.
• Here, SMART goals for allergy in an individual is that as a nurse,
I will use of adrenaline injectors for two days and provide healthy
diet to the patient to reduce the allergic reactions efficiently.
