Introduction

operational process of the business. The progress report would be identifying key issues which is
faced by the management of Amazon Inc while miday in the operational process of the business.
The report would be focusing on the continuously challenges which is faced by the business in
implementing the initial mitigation strategies which is formulated by the business. The
information about Amazon aligning would help in securing necessary information which the
business of Amazon ltd relies on heavily. The document would provide an overview of the
management issues of the project and the probable solutions to the issues identified.
Challenges of the Project Completion
The challenges which can be identified incorporates integration of the support process in
managing the operations of the business. Another major challenge is success implementation of
the process and aligning the same with the operational process of the business. In appropriate
management of the operations of the business also can be identified as one of the reasons for
