The work environment refers to the development of atmosphere or the culture in which the

of goods, electronic device and digital media like e- book and Kindle as well as streaming

year 2006 to provide online services (Amazon UK., 2022). Although the backbone of the

which include three CEO’s and three senior vice president responsible for various vital aspects of
the business. In this, there are 3 departments such as VP sales, VP marketing and VP
Engineering and it has other sub executives. It has flat organizational structure in which jobs and
functions are clearly define and scaled. This type of structure is used in large company as it
helps in defining their roles. It favours a vertical hierarchical approach with global, function
based groups and geographic divisions (Moşteanu, 2020). Thus, it allows company to maintain
the smooth flow of information from top to lower group as well as allow to increase the market
share and maintain leadership status. The senior management team report directly to CEO so that
it can provide innovative ideas and solve problems as well as set high level of company culture.
There are other department like human resources responsible for hiring right candidate for
company, finance department to maintain finance resources and invest in new functional unit.
Moreover, there are technical sector which works in order to solve issues related to error in
technology. There is customer service department in which issues of consumer are addressed and
