the group. The principles of the study of organizational behaviour are applied primly in
attempts to create business operations more effectively. For establishment it is used to
streamline efficiency, develop productivity, and spark creativity to give concern a
competitive benefits (Itzchakov,. and Latham, 2020). The report is based on Amazon it is
American multinational company which operate as a e commerce site, digital streaming. The
company was establish in 1994, in USA. This report will cover background of the
considered company and further it will explain that why they are planning to open physical
outlets. Moreover it will describe various steps taken by the management of amazon in order
to improve efficiency of the store and motivate the workforce.
MAIN BODY
Background of the considered company -
Amazon started selling the varied types of goods in 1999, they come up with the
concept of providing goods on a single stage to the consumers with the aim of time saving
procedure and cost saving method of users. The organisation basically provides goods and
services online the buyers select the commodity which they required to buy as per their budget
and choice as well as they provides various modes of payment. They deals In products like
jewellery, clothing, food products, electronics products, home based goods and many more.
The concern also provides services in global areas, moreover they also come up with new
and innovative ideas like amazon online book store, amazon pay, amazon prime etc (Shahzad,
and et., al., 2021).
After setting the business online e market with good recognition in the market place. Now
the management is planning to move offline physical store in 2015. where as they aleady
dominate the online market in e market companies but now they want to expand their offline
stores. The major marks that describes why companies plan to establish offline store
described in below .
The concern analyse the choice of the buyers and their taste and preferences. The
company majorly concentrate on online shopping in order to satisfy their needs and
