report based on Amazon American multinational company that focus more on commerce, digital
streaming, cloud computing (Neittaanmäki, 2021). The aim of the report is to prepare paper in
order to brief to CEO of company on the basis of VRIO analysis, SWOT analysis and Swot
analysis. Then, conducting and analysing the impact of stakeholder and governance as well as
culture that affect international strategy.
