recent years. Lastly, review will be conducted on how an entity manages grievances and

that aids to manage people working effectively and efficiently. Human resource policies are

members of their workforce. Henceforth, Amazon needs to undertake the steps that builds out
better HR policies and procedures that are crucial to provide structure, control, fairness,
consistency and reasonableness (Tasnim, 2019). Thus, HR procedures and policies are some of
significant aspect of the workplace. It aids to provide protection to employees, offer guidance to
management and also ensure that enterprise comply with government regulations and mandates.
In addition to this, it can be stated that one of primary goals of the HR department is to
take steps towards to maintain productivity with help of providing the company with an adequate
number of skilled and efficient workers. In entity where the HR is strategic, the enterprise plays
critical role in determining the effective and proper business results. Thus, HR team of the
enterprise continually taking steps towards to enhancing marketing share, enlarge the customer

allows to gain competitive advancement. So, this is crucial for the enterprise to develop and
devise effective human resource policies. If the human resource plan of action do not devised
and executed properly then this will leave serious negative impact on the enterprise and this can
cost heavily. HR of the entity needs to undertake the steps to frame out the norms for creating
sustainable training and development practices. Therefore, entity build its operation effectively
with use of robust and progressive HR policies and these are outlined in the following context
