Executive summary
Corporate social responsibility is the responsibility of the private organizations to ensure they
give back to society that much as they have taken from their surrounding environment. It is an
obligation on the part of the private businesses to work for the betterment of the society and of
the environment. The private organization of Amazon also has to follow the principles of
corporate social responsibility, which is defined by the ideas of satisfaction of the customers,
ownership strategies. This paper seek to focus on the corporate social responsibility of the
organization of Amazon, which includes the leadership training that is given to the new recruits
for efficiency in their work.

Introduction
Corporate social responsibility is the business model that is self regulating and it help any
company to become socially accountable to the company itself, its stake holders and public. By
practicing this Corporate Social Responsibility, the company become socially conscious
regarding the economical, social and the environmental factors. This paper further seeks to
analyse the intellectual and cognitive skills, which are required for the leadership strategies that
are required for the effective fulfilment of the goals of the organization and how such leadership
qualities can be included in the course of the business that will help to improve the performance
of the organization. Furthermore, this paper sheds light on how the skills learnt in the work place
can be used in real life scenarios and in other areas.
Engagement with Literature skills
According to Shamir (2017),this paper looks into the importance of the corporate social
responsibility and how this aspect helps in the measurement of both the non-monetary and the
monetary aspects of an organization. Both of them together play a significant role in creating
innovations in the organization so that the performance relationship of the organization may
increase along with ensuring the commitment of the organization in its fulfillment of corporate
social responsibility. The paper focuses on the structural equation modelling approach for the
sample of the 133 Eco-responsible Spanish companies which shows the readers about the
negative and the positive consequences of corporate social responsibility and their impact on
leadership strategies. The paper focuses on a variety of organizations, ranging from large scale
firms to small scale firms and those engaging in different working styles and in different fields.
