nurse, would make it easier for the organization
to effectively expand the number of people
served by the organization.
Researching skills would be helpful in
identifying the key issues in the society which
need to be addressed.
Caring skills as a nurse would help in identifying
the key issues which individuals go through.
Ability to empathise as a nurse would ensure
the proper identification of the strategies which
need to be adopted to abolish the prevailing
human rights issues in the society.
Knowledge on human rights would ensure that
exact areas of human rights violation are
conveyed to the organization, for the effective
strategizing of campaigns.
