INTRODUCTIONFinancial disclosure affects the decisions of internal or external stakeholders of theorganisation. The directors, owners or managerial head uses such database to generate anadequate information which in turn helpful for presenting the innovative changes in theproduction and other relevant operational activities. Share holders of the firm will be beneficialin identifying the profitability of business in such period as well as analyse the growth ofbusiness during such years. However, in the present assessments there will be comparisonbetween two most successful sports brand of UK such as JD Sports Fashion PLC and SportDirect International PLC. There will be discussion based on the growth of both the companiesand how they compete with each other in this challenging world.Scope and relevance of analysisIn accordance with making the comparison between both the organisation this will bebased on the financial reports and statements of last five years.
