INTRODUCTION
Leadership is a process of guiding and influencing the behaviour of other in within the
organisation with the main motive to achieve the objectives of the organisation and provide a
direction for achievement of these objectives and goals in a specified time limit.In this report
there will be identification of different leadership opportunities and styles which are adopted
by responsible nurses within the hospitality industry (Bolman and Deal, 2017). There will be
identification of leadership styles and the purpose for choosing this leadership style.in the
middle of the report there will be outline of registered nurse responsibilities and method
which will lead in team management and provide high quality care.it will also any five that
what are the rules model on teaching should the team leader provide during the day shift to
other employees. In the middle of the report, there will be discussion on registered nurse
standards of practice for ensuring the quality care with in hospital. The main focus will be
paid on different NSQHS standard
MAIN BODY
Identification of at least 2 leadership styles, and your rationale for choosing this leadership
style
Demographic leadership style: This is that type of leadership style where leaders lead the
employees by taking suggestions from them. It is effective style of leadership as it involves
all employees of team in the process of decision making. this leadership style can be adopted
by the registered nurses as it will helpful in involving employees in work within hotel
hospital industry with increase motivation in employees . This type of leadership provide
small amount of authority to every employee and provides different level of opportunity
(Yahaya and Ebrahim, 2016).
Laissez-faire leadership: it is that type of leadership which is also known as delegate
leadership, under this leadership style, leader free our hands of and allowed the group
member to make their decisions according to the situation. This type of leadership effective
as it provide very little riding from the leader complete freed freedom follower to make
decision and leader provide tools and resources which are needed for taking decisions by
group members (Anderson and Sun, 2017).
