INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is one of the major and most crucial factor that is been taken in practice by an
organisation to compete and operate within a market. It will help in proper placement and
carrying out of services which will lead to carrying out of services which will lead to improve
operations of an organisation. The present report will cover the details of positive economic,
cultural and ethical impact laid by globalisation on a business organisation.

Background study
Globalisation contributes in improving the quality of production along with other
operations which are followed by an enterprise in order to have a very good level of
improvement in functionality (Davies and Wolfert, 2016). It helps in having a high level of
performance and meeting the operational need of the organisation. An organisation will be
benefited by such operations to a greater extent.
Aim:
“To evaluate positive financial, cultural and ethical impact laid by globalization on
business functions of an organization. A study of Tesco plc.
Objective:
 To identify impact of globalization on a business enterprise.
 To evaluate the positive economic, cultural and ethical impact laid by globalization on a
business enterprise.
 To assess the positive influence laid by globalization on economic, cultural and ethical
functionality of a business enterprise like Tesco plc.
 To suggest suitable recommendations which can be applied within organization for
improvement of positive factors.
Project management plan
An effective project management plan is presented which will help in carrying out of
services and research measures which will lead to setting up of the operations and leading to rise
in carrying out of operations which will help in effectively executing research process (Boyle,
2017). It includes certain components:

Cost: Effective budgeting is required in order to carry out the research for identifying the
positive impact laid by globalization on an organization. The present report will require an
estimated amount of £20,000. This will include all the expenses related to carrying out of
research process including purchasing of equipment’s, developing research measures and
analyzing the data.
Scope: Identification of the scope will help the organization to plan its business operations and
other activities accordingly. It increases the understanding of a researcher about the research
aims and objectives in order to gain the outputs. This will help in improving understanding and
