IntroductionIn the modern context of the business environment, it has been seen that the overall businessenvironment is dependent on the strategies that have been developed by the organisations thatare involved in the business world. It is evident from the present scenario that the businessstatistics prevail in the business environment in the UK, according to the recent strategies thathave been developed by the different organisations. In this study, the different strategies andthe working of the two companies including Waitrose and Aspen Court Care Home havebeen mentioned. The second section of the report describes the overall macro and the microenvironmental analysis of the Waitrose, including its PESTEL analysis and the internalstrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are evident in the company. Therefore,this report describes the mode of the operations that are based on the analysis if the externaland the internal aspects of the Waitrose.
