INTRODUCTIONAs world is moving fast so does the policies and procedures adopted by variousgovernments these days are in order to make different business work smoothly is evolving andthis makes the view of people towards small enterprises. SME these days have been the limelight of the country as it has been seen that many of the small business enterprises are coming upwith innovative and creative ideas that makes people more attracted towards them and with thetechnology expansions it has been noticed that people are more curious about expanding theirbusinesses in short span of time so that more and more customers are targeted(Halabí andLussier, 2014)The present report is all about one such enterprise whose owner is handling all theactivities in the enterprise and has approached a consultancy firm and made a short-term contractwith them in order to carry out their operations on behalf of the firm(Sheehan, 2014). The firmhas outsourced his activities basically. The report will discuss the other traits related to the start-up business and his pros and cons. The company undertaken here is a Creative Hub a digitalmarketing firm.TASK 11.1 Profile of Creative HubCreative hub has started his operations back in the year 2012 and from then the owner hasbeen making lots of efforts to make a good base of clients. Creative hub is owned by two ownerswho are Nia and kim. They both vision a firm who caters the need of different business throughthe use of current technological trends in the market, Thus in their college which made them tomake a small business enterprise. Creative hub provides a hell lot of services through which acompany can build amazing engagement with the customers which eventually will make thepeople love them for what they are.Creative hub deals with different set of digital marketing services which are providing theaffiliate marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing, paid marketing, contentmarketing, mobile application development, email marketing, graphic designing and businessdevelopment(Jones, 2014). The business has certain strengths of its own which is very much
related to its capabilities of providing the services. The enterprise has been the key in makingcustomer satisfied through their services, so the first strength for them is customer satisfactionfollowed by quality of work they produce, being a master in making websites and graphicdesigning kim has been making different set of amazing websites for their clients and niasupports him well. Apart from the strengths there are some weaknesses which is possessed by thefirm and they are they have been finding the way to expand and not yet got that whether in termsof business or in terms of workplace expansion. Thus they are in need of some consultancyservices immediately to know what they are doing wrong which is affecting them this way evenafter making efforts(Fayolle and Gailly, 2015). Beyond that the other weaknesses are CRM isnot proper as workforce is less, Sometimes the deadlines are not met as due to lack of workforceburden of work has been high.1.2 Analysis of Creative Hub on Comparative Measures of PerformanceCreative Hub has been developed more in numbers even after having such big flaws inthe working environment. As it has been discussed that Creative Hub has been into the businessof making different business enterprises look beyond the obvious and make a mark in theindustry. Through its amazing set of services Creative Hub has catered the needs o its one of thefive business which is now a big brand, for them Creative Hub build the app which has impactedthe firm in coming to lime light(Durkin, McGowan and McKeown, 2013). if talked about theperformance levels at Creative Hub there has been no doubt the class has been maintained by thefirm in order to attract more clients.There are different other firms in the market who are into the same business he CreativeHub are in but the clients are more seen going to other firms for their needs and wants and theyturn their back on Creative Hub because the lately delivery of work sometimes made them loosethe clients.
