which can enhance its differences from the
other firms in the market.

major part of culture of a organization
include beliefs of the firm, working
methods, history, ethics, social engagement,
values of the company, teamwork, customer
service quality, working environment
(Bencsik, Kosár and Machová 2018).

The analysis will be mainly based on
an organization that has its origins in
New York.
The company also operates its
offices in the countries like France,
China and South Africa.
The detailed analysis will be able to
provide the comparison between
culture of the United States with the
culture of other countries (Dai, Chan
and Yee 2018).

and France
Hofstede’s cultural dimension tool
can be used for the purpose analysing
the differences between cultures of
the two countries including New York
and France.
The six different dimensions that are
a part of the cultural comparison
include power distance, individualism,
masculinity, uncertainty avoidance,
long term orientation and indulgence
(Groysberg et al. 2018).
