The report talks about project management that is about team work and relationship with humans.
The ethical issues faced by a project management leader. This report talks about the Charles J.
Pellerin who is the author of “How NASA Builds Teams: Mission Critical Soft Skills for Scientists,
Engineers, and Project Teams” who arranged a workshop that is based on his book. He describes his
journey of launching Hubble telescope and the way he discovered true leadership. The different
leadership styles that are taken by Charles for successful project completion is also described. The
different ethical issues that arises are also enlisted.
