Part A:
Introduction:
This study will briefly discuss about the Leadership Practice Inventory provided by
Kouzes and Posner. The research will be focussed on the analysis of the theories related to
the development and the rapid changes happening in all fields or working areas all around the
world. Therefore it is getting tougher day by day to predict the future of the organizations. In
some recent years the researchers have been studied in this matter of perspectives to make a
rule out of the leadership researches (Posner, 2016). Schools have always been the vessel of
hope for every person starting from the parents, educational reformers, and the politicians as
well. All of the taxpayers of an economy wants the schools to be better as well as different
than today. Thus, the obligations related to this matters are based on the dreams and the
concerns of the community members (Burkman, Garrett & Posner, 2019). Thus, this research
will focus on the development of the processes that affects and will analyse the key sources
of leadership processes that may affect the traditional hierarchy of the organizations.
Discussion:
The continuous considerable growing interest in the youth and the college students are
in relation with the leadership development in the secondary institutions as well as in the
tertiary organizations are growing in the segment of the scholars (Posner, 2016). There is
evidence that proves that the number of courses that taught the students in the aspect of
leadership development and the programs incorporated to focus on the leadership aspect in
order to expand the number of students that are conducted in the process of learning
leadership and development of an organization (Herman et al., 2017).
The prominent work in the field of the leadership frameworks in order to draw the
youths and the younger generation to seek the knowledge for youth leadership aspects. This

framework of Leadership Practice Inventory point at the youth development in the leadership
process (Burkman, Garrett & Posner, 2019). The main approach of the process is to look for
the actual behaviours of the people in the position as the leader. The five key models of the
Leadership Practice Inventory is based on main five behaviours of the people in the position
of leadership as the behaviours that are researched in the theories are modelling of the way,
Inspiration to the shared vision, challenge the processes, enable others to act and
encouragement of the heart. The theories and model presented in the research paper
suggested the idea and argued that the skill set of leadership can be learned in span of time
and the qualities of a leader in not born into someone from the beginning, rather the
leadership skills develop with time and experience (Herman et al., 2017).
The Leadership Practices Inventory was formed in order to make enhancement in the
development of the processes related to the leadership skills, to assess the behavioural aspects
of the leaders by following their current behaviours and the relative actions they are putting
in making of the objectives happen. Thus, the research was all set to develop the assessment
of the studies related to the leadership skills and actions (Burkman, Garrett & Posner, 2019).
The Leadership Practices Inventory is one of the most effective ways to study about the
leadership aspects and it also the most widely used theory in terms of well – regarded
development instrument of leadership. The updates related to the theories are in relation with
the psychometric properties of the set of demographic variables of the leadership
development and experiences or the opportunities of leadership practices (Posner, 2016).
The betterment of schools are one of the most important work in a society in order to
execute the important functions, thus the schools are in need of a better leadership
development in order to develop the issues related to the schools as well (Posner, 2016). The
basic need of a school as well as the students and the teachers are a leadership strategy that
needs to be implied in the primary basis of the leadership development processes. The rising
