This report has explanation incontext of professional and personal development for manager of the foods chain. TravelodgeHotel founded which is a private hospitality company. They are dealing in consumable item andserves worldwide. This hotel has been choose for this report. Some of the approaches of self-managed learning has been discussed here along with their benefits. It is needed to definedevelopment requirement in purpose to to frame plan for suitable action. In this report activitiesfor plan framing has been explained. There are some benefits that organisation and theiremployees can be received form all these techniques of learning discussion will be provided inthis report too.TASK 11.1 Approaches of self-managed learningIt is a concept of self-managed learning in which single person will get to learn for theirown past experience. Various types ofeducational and other subjects of conferences has been conducted by different departments suchas educational sector. It can be said that all types of conferences are productivity for everyone.Hence people can go for attending seminars where other person are sharing their ideas andexperiences that may be important and helps in enhancing the knowledge in practical andcognitive sector. 1

Social sites: now these days, social sites has crossed nation's boarded and civil distance.With the help of these sites, individual can make contact with other nation's person without anyrestriction (Self learning, 2018.). These sites are known as like LinkedIn, Facebook or twitter andthey gives permission for free assess. It helps in boosting knowledge and learning of anindividual. 1.2 Ways in which lifelong learning could be encouragedLifelong learning refers to the set of skills which remain with a person in his/her entirelife.
