affects it project schedule and budget as well

proper then it is not possible to execute project
requirements and this will affect success of this
project which is significantly complex
Communication management In order to ensure success in this type of
projects, it is required to communicate
effectively with stakeholders to identify their
requirements and integrate those requirements
into project. If the communication in the
project is not proper, then it is not possible to
communicate requirements and issues in the
project which affects project execution and
therefore affects project success as well
Resource management In this type of complex construction projects,
proper resource availability is required for
project success. If resources are not properly
allocated according to the project requirements
then it will delay project execution and in
