The third week was dedicated to the study of the history of project management in a concise and developed tool. The analysis of the project management
and its history had shown that the project management deals with the specific and improved planning. The implication of project management in the
development of the various types of project such as construction, IT, system development, and service delivery would provide scope for the integration of
the improved services. The project management had provided scope for the implication of the effective and improved development models. The analysis of
the project management principles and theories would help in developing the improved functional analysis and development.
The benefits of implementing project management principles would help in forming the improvement of the operations and development of the accessible
and developed project integration module. The project management would be helpful in integrating the effective and improved system development for
the project integration management.
I have been following my day to day routine in a methodological and systematic way throughout the timeline. The preparation for the units and final exams
would be implied for developing the improvement of the operations.

Once in our school we were assigned a group project and just before submission, we had to change the presentation line as one of our team members was
not present. I had to change the presentation sequence so that our presentation was completed successfully. The alignment of the change management
would be helpful for forming the use of the profound development and integration.
System can be defined as a set of the equipments and tools for defining the use of the effective operations in the system. The program can be understood
as the event of activities for getting a desired outcome. The project is the set of operations in a sequential manager for the development of the required
outcome from the project.
I don’t have to face any failed project, although I am familiar with a failed project. The project of refurnishing Opera House is a major project that has failed
in the due course of time. The project was expected to complete in the estimated 4 years of duration and 4 million budget. However, due to the constant
change in management, the project lagged and it took 12 years and 8 million AUD for completing the project.
The project lifecycle consists of the timeline activities from initiation of the project to the completion of the project. The activities of project lifecycle are
planning, resource accumulation, budgeting, implementing, monitoring, final documenting, and closing.
The use of the effective and improved methodologies like SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Prince2 are some examples of the project life cycle
methodologies. The project management methodologies consist of specific and improved activities for completing the project operations and it is helpful in
easing the flow of the operational activities in the project.
Continuous Improvement is helpful for the development of the project operations and implies the use of the effective system implementation and
development. The use of the continuous improvement plan is developed for the impacting the development of the project operations.
The continuous improvement would help in developing the effective and improved analysis methods for the integration of the activities and deploying the
use of the improved facilities.
