The analytics techniques that will be used for the completion of the project are
Storyboarding, Planning Workshops, User stories and Reviews.
Question 1
In case of using Story boarding analysis with the help of the Agile model, proper
updating of the story board as per the completed tasks and the tasks that are to be completed
(Smith & Castro 2018).
In case of using of the Planning Workshops in an Agile project will be used for
understanding the growth in skills of the employees as per the iterations. The different levels will
be Burndown, Forecast and Sprints.
With the help of the User stories usage in Agile model, the main benefit used will include
better understanding of the user requirements. The users of the project can keep on updating
them regarding the wants and needs of the requirement (Trkman, Mendling & Krisper 2016).
Reviews in each stage of iteration will help in bettering the functional process as per the
reviews provided.
Question 2
Yes they can help in defining the project. With the help of the story boarding the entire
project gets fragmented in different parts. This helps in defining of different scope of the project.
Planning workshops will also help in proper understanding of the different issues in different
iterative stages and hence better definition can be provided. User stories will help in
understanding of the requirement of the users in every iteration stage and will also help in better
