INTRODUCTIONStatistics is the one of main field that is used at large scale by the firms for analysispurpose. In the current report company data is evaluated and in respect to this their jobsatisfaction is measured by considering number of factors. In the report, job satisfaction level ofemployees across union and non union groups is compared. T test and regression analysis is donein the report and their results are interpreted to identify relationship between dependent andindependent variable. In this way research work is carried out in entire report.1 An overall view of employee age at superpartOn analysis of facts it can be observed that those that are in age group of 18 to 20 are 4 innumber which reflect that there are very small number of employees that are in low age group. Incase of age group od 22 to 27 it can be observed that there are 50 employees which are in thementioned group. This means that those comes in age group of 22 to 27 have proportion of 13%in overall sample size. Similalry, those that are in age group of 4 have overall proportion of only1% in overall sample size. It can be observed from the table given above that those who are inage group of 28 to 36 are 117 in number. It cam be said that with increase in age number ofpeople in particular category also increase. There is 29% proportion of those who are in agegroup of 28 to 36. It can be said that mentioned proportion is quite high in overall workforce. Incase of age group of 37 to 53 age there are 162 employees which constitute 41% of entire humanresource group. Thus, in comparison to previous one highest proportion is observed in case ofgroup of 37 to 53. Finally, evaluation reflect that there is very less proportion of individuals thatare in age group of 54 to 59 with only 12% in entire group. Thus, overall analysis reflect thatmajority of employees of organization are in age group of 28 to 52. If both group compared witheach other then individuals those who have age of 37 to 53 have high proportion. It is very hard for individuals to progress to middle level management in an organizationbecause already there is 41% employees that are in age group of 37 to 53 age group. Hence, thereare less changes that employees will get an easy opportunuity to reach middle level of thebusiness firm. If there may be situation where there are less number of employees in mentionedage group it was possible to give more carrer opportunity to employees in the organization.2 Coorelation between age and working hours, occupation and pre tax incCoorelation is the one of the important tool that is used to identify relationship betweentwo or more variables.
