experimental condition. It needs to be understood that the United States has faced significant

the country. Considering the future aspects of the United States, the paper reflects that the
primacy should focus on the ideational and the material variables. The ideational choices refer to
the policy approaches, while the material variables reflect the various relativities of power. The
