Retailers need to respond to the changing market conditions andfluctuating environment. Aging population with very less number of school-aged children hasreduced demand of school stationery items that were the main revenue-generating factor in thepast. Donald Duque is wholesale trader who had established their position as a reliable,trustworthy and prompt supplier. Currently, business is concerned about its performance andinterested in examining per capita annual spending on writing and drawing material in Europeancountries and looking for expansion in future in neighboring countries like France. Thus, thereport aims to analyze such concerns to suggest the firm for long-run survival. TASK 1Germany is moving towards achieving a leading position in the Stationery market. Thereare various popular or branded operators including Staedtler, Stadbilo, Lamy, Faber-Castle andothers who had established themselves as a highly trustworthy and reliable stationery supplier.
