Based on the above-cited article, it was examined as per the viewpoint of Cameron
and Green (2015), change is an inevitable aspect for every individual existing in this world.
The changes continue to exist at an intense rate in everyday life of the individuals. The article
stated that the economics related to the globalisation has profoundly affected the political and
corporate thinking of the world. The principal aim of the article is recognised to create a
better understanding of the change and how the scenario of changes takes place. The author
has made use of different organisational and leadership theories in the concern of explaining
the modern approaches towards change management. These theoretical aspects did create a
real and broader understanding of the mental state of the readers and significantly helped the
readers to understand the theory of change management in a more general sense. The article
has recognised to be comprehensive in nature as it laid a firm foundation for any individual
who wishes to learn the new approaches towards the management of change in any active
business organisation.
However, the only limitation to the article was that the same did not have any primary
research background which would provide the readers with an idea of the real-life
experiences of the leaders and the managers working in a practical business organisation
regarding the manner they tackle the synergy of change management in real-life time. The
primary data research would have given a more accurate result to the article.

The above-cited article is known to be predominantly based on determining the facts
and factors that the project management processes along with the training and development
program concerned to the newly recruited project managers must undertake the scenario of
organisational change management. As stated by Hornstein (2015), the aspect of change
management will help in managing the circumstances that would result in either because of
the success or because of the failure in the project. The article reviews the past literature
research related to the organisational change management in the concern of explaining the
conversant of the project managers. Moreover, the project management certifying agencies
such as the PMI and the IPMA have been effectively encouraged in the article to include the
study of Change Management of Organisation to certify the new processes towards the
project management.
However, the limitation to the article was recognised as the undermining of the study
that explains the necessity of integrating the synergy of Organisational Change Management
into the aspect of Project Management. The research-based on the need would help the
readers to understand why Project Managers should acquire the skills of Change
Management.

business industries related to the NHS. Concerning to the NHS firms, it was stated by

the patients. Thus, it was noted in the article that the effect the level of leadership, the better
the improvement in the services leveraged to the patients. In this connection, it was examined
with the help of the article that the synergies of change management and leadership go hand

The limitation of the article was recognised to be the lack of the primary as well as the
secondary research that would provide the findings of the article a more relevant touch and
quality. The surveying of the experience of the real-life leaders and managers regarding the
use of PDSA cycle who are accountable to manage the synergies of uncertain changes
working in a productive business entity who prove the findings in a better way.

phased status indicators in the system of change management. As stated by Keane et al.
(2018) the synergy of status indicators will help the business entities to get an idea about the
need of Change Management as well as understand the gap that is existing between the
changes that are requested to be made and the actual state of the current changes
implemented in the firm. The author has made judicious use of several images and charts in
the context of explaining how the illustration of the status indicator will help in recognition of
the change requests made towards the organisation.
The limitation found in the article was that the approach of the status indicator was not
practically imposed on any working organisation. The same would have let the readers
understand the accuracy of the concerned system researched for change management.

The above-mentioned article is critically based on the use of the system of change
management in the synergies of higher education organisations. The article is mainly focused
on examining the barrier existing between the need to change as well as success factors
concerned with the organisational aspects. As stated by Verhulst and Lambrechts (2015) the
perspective of OCM helps an educational organisation to analyse the human factors which
relate to the processes of resistance, communication as well as empowerment and
involvement of the students as well as lecturers. In this connection, the article has defined the
different models of implementation and integration which provides a guideline to the
educational organisations to implement the change system in the firm so that they can adopt
the practice of sustainable development. The models are correctly applied in the case study of
a university college in Belgian.
The findings showed that the models profoundly help the organisation to understand
the aspect of human-related barriers in the concept of change management that leads to
sustainable development. The only limitation found to the article was the gap in the research
study because of the lack of the sample respondents who would help the study to get a prior
response from the different individuals in concern of their behavioural approach towards the
change management.
