evaluation:
With the emergence of diverse workforce, one of the challenges of the
people working in the overseas is the issue of equal treatment. This article
summarises the issue of equal treatment to the Chinese women working in
the context of Sydney. It has been observed by the author that the women
number of challenges are faced by these Chinese women worker due to
their cultural difference and they are subjected to more ill treatment in the
workplace in comparison to the Australian women in their own context.

Focus
This research has been completed undertaking the qualitative
research method in order to derive the answers through the method
of interview.
