INTRODUCTION
In article-1, It is investigation about the effectiveness of foot Orthises to treat plantar
Fasciitis, it will analyse about the treatment of orthoses and how it will affect on the poor quality.
It needs to investigate about the long-term effectiveness in which primary aim for evaluating the
short-term and long-term effectiveness of food orthoses. On the other hand, Article-2 is based on
the improvement of food related diseases which affects on the human body. It can be determined
to perceive impacts of managing and controlling the chronic problem in terms of Juvenile
idiopathic arthritis. In both articles, it will identify different participant that can find out results
and outcome.
METHODS
In article-1, it should analyse about the quantitative method that help for finding accurate
results by using questionnaires and survey. Each participant provides their own opinion towards
the Plantar fasciitis which are common problem and often treated with the orthoses. It has chosen
sample random technique for selecting the specific participate that give own opinion which
influenced the condition of patients. Statistical analysis also helping for researcher to find
primary results as per planning protocol (Effectiveness of Food Orthoses to treat plantar
Fasciitis, 2006). Another article-2, researcher has chosen mixed qualitative methodology for
identifying the opinion of patient those who are suffering from the diseases. It has a better way to
identify relevant data within single investigation and sustained program of inquiry. Research has
conducting the interview and group discussion for collecting and gathering information about the
project (Improvement of perceptions of food problems and care in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis,
2012).
RESULT
In this section, it has represented the specific results and outcome of both article by using
different methodologies. It mainly depending on the analysis approach which defined the
outcome of research study. In Article-1, it can be used the quantitative method which based on
the numerical data collection so that it has found three group experience improvement in pain
and function from 3 to 12 month. It also compared with the baseline but difference between all
group were becoming small.

Apart from that Airctle-2, It has found that there are total 7 interviews and 2 focus group
conducted and identify where 6 themes related the impact of food related issues and perceptions
for foot care from different perceptive of groups.
DISCUSSION
As per above discussion, it has summarised that both articles represent the different results
with the help of research methodology which always supports for identifying correct outcome.
Article one is based on the effectiveness of foot Orthises to treat plantar Fasciitis, it will analyse
about the treatment of orthoses. The Maximum number of participants agree on the effectiveness
of foot orthosis which are considered the best to reduce the pain and improve health condition in
proper manner. It has reviewed about the concept through different participant for identifying
relevant information related research project. Article-2 is based on the improvement of food
related diseases which effects on the human body. In this section, it has explored the perceived
impact of diseases which are needed to control or care in Juvenile idiopathic arthritis. As per
interpretative approach, it easily found the problem where how it can improve in future.
