Introduction
This article is developed regarding a detailed analysis of the Princes Highway Corridor
Strategy. This strategy is built on revamping the Princes Highway based on a ‘.whole of
corridor’ perspective. The aim of the project is to make the highway corridor more oriented to
the current as well as the future roles.
Discussion
The economic, social as well as the environmental factors faceted towards the modern
development needs have been considered for the development of the strategy. In fact, this
development is also faceted towards establishing strong and meaningful engagement with the
primary industrial stakeholders. Based on the new business corridor that would be developed, as
an impact of the development of this new highway strategy, will allow the Union government of
Australia to make more informed investment decisions (Infrastructure.gov.au 2019). By making
a detailed layout of the most obvious strategic outcomes of the implementation of the project,
this paper stands out not only as a source of information regarding the new implementation of the
roads and highways department of the country, but expanding further to convey an apprehended
analysis of the strategic benefits that the country will be able to reap as an outcome of the
implementation of the strategy. The significance of the project is also discussed in light of
strategic political relationships between the NSW and the Union government of Australia.
The strategic importance of the Princes Highway is also referred to in detail in the article.
As highlighted in the article, the Highway covers in all a distance of 1941 kilometers connecting
NSW, Victoria as well as South Australia. More than 1 million people regularly use the highway

and the daily count of vehicle transit across through the highway is ranging from 2000 to 60000.
It is an essential trade corridor also, considering the freight movements that take place through

Conclusion
Thereby the article exhibits why the strategic implementation is all the more relevant in
order to make transit in the aforesaid geographical regions more easier along with making the
route more industrially affordable and an enabler of regional development by creating a corridor
for transferring deliverables for regional development.

Introduction
This article involves a discussion of the strategic goals of the heavy vehicle road reform.
As highlighted by the article, the main goal of this implementation is to transform the
infrastructure of the heavy Vehicle Road in to an economic service, wherever convenient. This
reform measure is also faceted at making the necessary implications for initiating a policy of
independent price regulation for the charges of the heavy commercial vehicles.
Discussion
The reform actually tends to develop a more consolidated market network of user needs
that would link the heavy vehicles with the quality of service offered by them, their on road price
charges and the reinvestment of the prices charged from them in to the development of the roads
