structure covers those factors which makes upliftment of business possible by keeping work
done in more organized manner. Scope of these structure is wider as it deals with working of
organization form all over aspect.. Things covered in file is based upon business and its location,
management structure, job description and personal specification.

Business and Location: The organization that has been taken within the file is B-smart
Ltd which deals in selling of daily products and clothing fabric. The organization is situated in
London , United Kingdom. The organization sells various products like soap, detergent, food
cutters and packed food products. It is an newly formed organization that has been dealing upon
wider range of products. The organization has been dealing upon various kinds of things as it is
newly formed organization. Also the organization sells its product through both physical and
online method. Organization as being a new organization is not been recognized within market.
There are certain things which is required to be kept in mind and they are related to both external
and internal factors leading over making an organization attain success. For external factors the
organization is require to perform PESTEL and related to internal factor SWOT is done. In
PESTEL factors like political, economic, social, technological, economical and legal factor is
covered. Due to SWOT- strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat is been covered. Both
this is helpful in making an organization attain success within market.
Also various other elements is included within that is based upon management,
accounting and budgeting. These elements are required to be kept in mind for making
