The article specifically revolves around finding out the moral values and cultural
beliefspracticed both by clinician and non-clinician personnel of a healthcare management.
The article, through a great implementation of ethnology method delves into determining the
values and different beliefs that healthcare personnel abide by. These values are found out to
be diverse in clinician and non-clinician practitioners. Although all the members from both of
the groups agree to be guided by some moral values because they have to deliver their service
in the field of healthcare yet they are not always entirely ethical. Theyought to show some
moral and ethical responsibilitiestowards the patients to elevate their growth in service where
there is visible absence of trust between the groups. The motto of the method ethnology is to
focus on the values and multicultural perspectives in a particular field. This method is
executed with the help of interview and mostly observations. The research is based on severe
observations that have been conducted for six months. The purpose of finding out the
answers related to qualitative retorts of the subjects is successful in this article. Healthcare
ensures some strict responsibilities to be performed by the workers and if it is not provided by
them in an appropriate way it would be very inconvenient for the hospital authorities. Hence
the motive behind this research is to scrutinize whether the ethical duties performed by the
workers are really ethical or not. This research portrays that the most of the moral duties are
just believed to be practiced but all are not in full form of exercise.This research also states
that organizational culture has a heavy influence on the workers equally. The paper observes
that organizational culture is more influential on non-clinicians and the clinicians find out
how the non-clinicians are having a positive impact on the patients.There is a demarcating
line between these two groups and an inevitable issue of trust among them. The values that

are showcased by the personnel from both the groups can be termed as positive values but
there are also traces of some negative values that need immediate attention.
One of the strengths of the article is that the observation period is not less so it had
ample time to collect the data and analyze them to reach the conclusion. Ethnology is like
observing a customer and his behavior towards the product for a certain period and then
concludes with some view. In this research managers near about eight hundred and sixty have
been put under constant observation to look into their moral and ethical responsibilities and
how they are abiding by them.The research successfully draws our attention to the fact that
how the individuals are connected to the motive of the organization and how they are
working in a harmonious way though some internal issues are there that need to be resolved.
The study is successful in coming to the conclusion that people from both of the groups are
having trust issues among each other in the field of their moral responsibilities. The weakness
that is worth mentioning is the research is not an ideal qualitative research. It looks like a
mixed research because of its involvement of questionnairemaking it more of a quantitative
research. Apart from that the research does not provide any solution to resolve the trust issue
between the groups.The research is prone only to find out the beliefs and values that are
associated with the clinicians and non-clinician workers in healthcare but it does not talk
about the way of possibly achieving the goal of eradicating the problems of ethical issues.
There are already some existing problems in healthcare sector in clinicians and non-
clinicians that the moral behavior of the members from both the groups have to be a little
more modified. The ethical practice that they believe to be nurtured is not always completely
ethical so in this area the personnel should be more careful to avoid this sort of problems. It is
important for them to respect each other’sposition and admire each other’s work to work in a
synchronized manner. The members from each group should participate more into
communicational involvement. They should be completely aware of what responsibilities

they have towards their organization and how the work can be done mutually. There should
be no point of condescension among each other. The research is conducted in ethnology
method where through the observation conclusion is drawn but to make it a better and
authentic qualitative research, the grounded theory, narration, case study could have been
involved.These kind of method could have brought more authenticity due to the procedure
that helps in finding qualitative data rather than quantitative data.
