Answer to Professor:
Dear Professor,
Culture is being handed down from one generation to another . The cultural diversity makes the
communication of people very difficult as people come from a different culture with varied
language and signs. These cultural barriers can be decreased with the help of mixing together,
and there should be an understanding of cross-cultural communication.
Cross-cultural communication in public health can be increased by implying some
methods like tackle linguistic dissimilarity is a significant way of tackling in hospitals. The
hospital should display cards in different languages so that the patients could easily access those
facilities. Next, in health care, the doctors or nurses can learn about health viewpoint as well as
the intellectual practice of the exact patients. Thirdly improving the cross-cultural
communication through upgrading yourself with various education services; fourthly the
healthcare facilitators should learn about the health viewpoint and society, cultural traditions,
spiritual viewpoint and nutritional traditions of the patients. There should be linguistic aid
services such as linguistic admittance and the services are required of a translator or interpreter,
and it will help to understand the different cultures altogether.
So by practicing these beliefs in the cross-cultural communication in public health sectors
is helpful, and it will develop a good result as to how communication can break the multi-
cultural barriers.

Global leadership goes after “culture” as well as includes a holistic, boundary-spanning
world-view which brings comprehensive as well as straddling crossways meaning, cultures and
limitations. Global leadership should illustrate them as numerous educational discipline to know
and value the commerce surroundings towards the world. The cross-cultural leaders have an in-
depth understanding of the communities where the organization is being present and have the
talent to work with people from distinct culture and organization.
Guidance of the persons that authority out as well as fetch important optimistic change in
firms, organization as well as the society, via aid the suitable stage of faith, the directorial
structure as well as process, connecting out numerous stakeholders, capital, traditions, beneath
the different situation of sequential, environmental and artistic difficulty.
Cross-cultural leadership means here the leaders have to communicate with a different
culture, and the leaders have to deal with many cultures together and the cross-cultural
leadership. There are many culture cross-culture leadership, i.e. religion, culture and workplace
culture, culture in the global terms. So the leaders have to look after this specific culture and
make feel their followers and that they are compatible with a different culture.
So, both cross-cultural and global leadership is very significant as both help to diversify
us into different culture and inter-mingling within the different cultures.
