INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the statement which shows the relationship
between the business practices and society. It is the management concept where the firms are
incorporate with the social and environmental concerns. It is normally under the private firm
polices in which it is describe that how a company can manage their production process by
having a positive impact on the society. This report will describes the roles of Corporate social
responsibility which are employee engagement, environmental protection, sustainability and
collection of data gathering for the technological firms. The report summarised the practical
illustration of Corporate social responsibility initiatives.

CSR is the combination of social benefits program and the management practices. It is
the commitment of the business to run it in a ethical system. CSR covers the sustainability and
social impact and ethics are done rightly (Brammer and Pavelin, 2016). It is states that how the
firm can contributes their efforts in order to provides the well fare of society and organisations
are arranging programs for social and economical development of the country in an ethical way.
It involving the organisation practices that are incorporates the sustainable development of the
business model of company. CSR has an positive impacts on the factors like economical , social
and environmental, by increase the brand image of the firm which initiates the business owner.
It facilitates the prevention of financial ramification through an ethical self regulatory process
and maintains the positive image or reputation of company in the market (Schrempf-Stirling,
Palazzo and Phillips, 2016). The functions of CSR includes the anti corruption measures,
environmental protection and management, employees suppliers and customers relationship and
engagement.

Corporate social responsibility plays a vital role in the various organisation for the
development of the community (Hopkins, 2016). CSR is the third most essential driver of the
