The report is written to analyze the currentstrategies of the Apple Incorporation and to contemplate on the suitability of the strategies of theorganization. The key findings in the current strategy of Apple Incorporation are that theorganization uses focused differentiation strategy to cater to the needs of niche segment of thesociety, product differentiation and premium pricing is adopted by Apple Incorporation. The keyfindings in the implementation section are that Apple Incorporation achieves cost advantage byoutsourcing manufacturing facilities in low cost Asian market and adopts supportive culture ofvisionary leadership and make leverage of its R & D team to achieve vertical integration.Recommendation is to develop new products for emerging markets and the organization shouldfocus on CSR activities in emerging markets.

Thefuture can be taken into account and strategies are formulated after analyzing the micro andmacro environment of the organization.
