INTRODUCTION
Mental health is defined as the wellbeing of a person which creates the individual need
and wants as per their abilities and provides the aspect of the stresses of life. This provides the
work productively. This can contribute to this and create a community session. They are also
used to provide the proper preserving and restoring of mental health which is used to create a
vital role for an individual. As per this, the case study report about various part of trauma and
different aspect of mental health symptoms and so on (Filizola and et. al., 2019).
MAIN BODY
Clinical concern with this case
Trauma centres are usually used in the aspect of any patient which have a critical condition
and dealing with any serious issues. As per this, the patient is deal with any unnecessary
condition which can create the destruction in their life. So, as per this, then need particular care
and a ventilation with order to ventilator so as per this promise centres are usually and formed in
such a way which help to provide the life base to that particular patient.
As per this case, Briony facing an issue with several multiple mental disorders. After
reviewing the case study and their overall scenario is describing the mood disorder such as
depression or bipolar disorder, and she is also dealing with anxiety and personality disorder with
some small symptoms of an eating disorder. In this case, the psychotic disorder and trauma-
related disorder such as post-traumatic stress disorder is analyzed. As per this, the major cause is
mood disorder, anxiety disorder, and eating disorder (Palagini and et. al., 2020).
Some of the important factor which is taking into considerations which is originally from
the patient side. There is various type of factor which is associated with the barrier to trauma care
which is such as geographical area, financial area or there is always a deviation which is started
with the cultural barrier. Moreover, it helps the patient to analyse their critical condition with this

in this are the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorder which is called as DSM also.
This is well published by the American psychiatric association which is also called the APA and
in this, the DSM-5 is used to be re-evaluated every year.
Trauma recovery stages and concrete or applied strategy in context to the recovery and control of
the patient's mental disorder.
Recovery is the ability and capacity of the individual to live the present without being
over-possessed of past feelings and thoughts. In this case, the patient is facing multiple mental
disorders due to the bad experience of childhood and the parent’s separation. As the patient has
faced helplessness due to family problems, which is the reason for that condition. Briony
recovers from trauma with the help of holistic care approach, through which enough support is
can be provided which can help get overcome that situation and live a healthy life. Such as
social, emotional, medical, and psychological support are some important activity's which help to
recover from that trauma and control medical condition. In this case that is clear that the social
model is most applicable because patient mental health is affected by inappropriate family and
social treatment. So, in this case most apparently social model is applicable for care along with
some medical and psychological therapy (Gray 2018).

obstructs the treatment. In this, there is a number of the barrier are mentioned. Some of them are:

valid treatment and their option is accepted by the surgical community. In this, the preferences
are used in such a way that helps to provide the effective and particulate personal experience
which is associated with training (Seligman and et. al., 2021).
Lack of time: As per this, the reimbursement for the clinical activities has declined there are
various points of focus on the clinical activity and they are used to create the research. In this
surgeons are having under pressure to treat as many patients which is effective and efficient to
maximize the revenue. During this, the period which is 80 hours per week has must be reduced
which shows the resident workforce and has minimized the workforce factor and enhance the
faculty clinical responsibility. These all factor show the little and energy which is required in the
research.
To reduce this all factor, there are several recommendations which are used in an
appropriate manner which allow them to provide the factor of relaxation. In this Briony face a
various issue which is related with this and cause number of factor. As per their past and
previous indicate that they face a various issue which may cause various complication in their
health which is associated with the mental health (Trlica and et. al., 2019).
Recommendation
As per this, the common recommendation which is used by the white house is to set a
national aim to achieve and minimize the death which is caused by major injury and also make
the approach to reduce the trauma-related disability. In this, all factors are properly analyzed to
reduce the essential approach to reduce the trauma-related factor. As per this, the white house
leads the legislation which is associated with integrated military and civilian trauma care to
establish a national care system. That is used to develop the locus and accounting and taking the
responsibility which must ensure the development of common best practice and used to create
the workflow across the continuum of trauma care. In this, the recommendation which is stated
by the secretary of defense should ensure the other essential factor which is authorized by the
defense health agency director which is responsible and held accountable for the integrity and
also help to ensure the quality of the execution of the trauma and support of the aim which is
zero preventable death after the injury and create and minimize disability (Scerbo and et. al.,
2017).
