have various impact on the body organs. If it goes for the long term, then this would create

then there is strong chance to affect acute kidney damage. But instantly, hypoglycaemia may
create instant dizziness and this can be overcome by providing sugar so that blood glucose can be
enhanced in her body.

This is observed that there is a need to review her daily care plan in order to avoid any
contingency. Plan is reviewed twice in a week effectively. As she needs to have proper care for
her. With the help of this, injury can be avoided effectively and assist in controlling BP and
Blood sugar. And regular monitoring of blood is to be enhanced as this has to be done thrice in a
day due to avoid dizziness and next plan is to be carried on a 3 days.

a). There is a need to remove dust form the bleeding wound firstly by using spirit or
dettol or other anticeptic lotion so that the dust can be removed (American Nurses Association,
2010). After removing dust, there is a need to apply iodine povidine ointment in order to heal that
wound within a short frame. There is need to avoid any accident while playing on ground and
must pay attention from any incidents.
b). Under this situation, the student have sudden asthmatic attack because of this, he was
not able to breath properly. Although, he has sulbutamol puffer which is advised to be used in
any asthemetic event. Henceforth, in the emergency room, he needs to use inhaler so that instant
relief can be provided and also need to make certain management by which these kind of
problems or issues can be overcome effectively. However, there is a need to know various
adverse effects of the salbutamol puffer and then it use after consideration of appropriate
precaution.
