As per view point ofNagro, (2020),Professional identity is defined as one of the main aspects of any individual as it creates uniqueness in the environment and provides support for how to develop their own skills and abilities. The CIPD framework is the structure that sets out and defines each individual's competency by solving their problems and managing people required by an individual to work and feel good. This is used by the people for the purpose of developing their understanding and management level by managing each function and activity. The formal professional identity is developed by using special type knowledge and skills which supportstodeveloptheorganizationalproductivity.Ifthereislackofcompetencyand professional skills then it might be challenging for individual to operate their business regularly and manage each function. The new research from CIPD suggest that increasing HR solutions and practitioner can help to close between practices and ambition when it comes to making ethical decisions at work. Moreover, in other term like finance and marketing CIPD is creating higher values where individual takes regular classes and develop their knowledge and skills in particular field. This can help make experts to individuals and managing good performance. CIPD framework is providing useful guidance on competence standards that can be applied across sectors. This also states how each task and work could be done in certain period of time and become a professional in specific field. This promotes each person to make right decision in any situation and feel good. This can help to manage the all functions and activities regularly. To fill the vacant position and retaining employees at the workplace HR policies are formulated by a people who have good knowledge and ability to identify vacancy and fill it properly that can help to manage each function and task effectively. Thus, CIPD framework is valuable for creating professional identity and managing all activities properly. Part B Research Methodology Researchmethodologyisthespecifictechniqueandprocedurewhichisusedby researcher to identify, select, analysis and using of process in relation to particular topic. This is important for me to understand about a topic and developing the skills and knowledge that can help to reach at the positive outcomes. The types of research methodology are action research, auto-ethnographic, arts based, reflexive dialogic action research which can help to developing the organization performance and personal skills (Williams, Woolliams, and Spiro, 2020). Method including analysis of personal data (Use of Gibbs model) 3
When I was studying at London University, I entered different courses which could help to improve my own skills and abilities in a particular field. I attended the classes regularly and created uniqueness as I improved my own ability to work. In the description stage, I selected a topic such as CIPD in which I took classes to feel very confident and manage each work properly. This was very difficult for me as the different cultures and values of students were there. To describe the feeling stage, I was quite sad or nervous as I faced problems with learning activities. The lecturer was teaching very fast and in different languages, created a challenge for me to complete the study (Conn, Bohan, Pieper, and Musumeci, 2020). During the classes, my tutor has assigned me a work which I needed to complete in 2 weeks and it was less period for me.By describing the evaluation stage, I evaluated that work division is an effective strategy which I can use to understand and complete the project on time. Then I formulated a team by involving a number of members and allocated the work between them as per their skills and ability to work. Herein, I felt good and made so many efforts to complete the project. During the project I analysed that I am weak in communication, calculation, and time management skills which I improved by taking regular classes and with the help of team members. I felt precious to got such chance and became successful by doing project.I also analysed that I need to improve my leadership and decision making skills which I improved by observing my teachers and seniors that helped me to complete the project. And last it has concluded that I learned that when a task is assigned to team then work division is the best way to start and finish the project. There is need to follow regular classes seriously and resolve all problems (Walsh, and et.al., 2020). Personal data sources Sources are the important aspects which is used by individual to collect the data. In other words, personal data refers to any information that related to identified or natural person. In relation to CIPD research I came to know about two source of data analysis such as - Learning Diagnostic Personal Data, Poetics and Creative Personal Data, and Self-awareness Diagnostic PersonalData.Thelearningdiagnosticinvolveslearningstylequestionnaires, teamrole questionnaires. Self-awareness diagnostic personal data involves personality test and profiles, social intelligence survey, testimonies, emotional intelligence, and values inventory. Moreover, I involve lyrics, poetry, religious, drawing, and photographs (Tod, and Van Raalte, 2020). From the above research I used the Learning Diagnostic Personal Data with the help of quantitative method that helped me to improve the knowledge and skills in CIPD framework and 4
accomplish the task which supports to maintain good performance. By using surveys, laboratory, and social media I collected the information and became able to make decisions (Turner, Lowe, and Schaefer, 2020). Critical evaluation of research design Research design refers to overall strategy used to carry out research by defining succinct and logical plan which is used to develop the performance and manage each function. In relation to current research, experimental and case study research design is being used by researcher that can help to complete the project on time and managing the activities properly. This will help to develop the understanding about particular topic and analysis the information which supports to accomplish the business goals (Schwartz, and et.al., 2020). Part C The Reflexive Practitioner Storyboard (50 Marks) this is the presentation of the analysed personal data in the form of a ‘storyboard’. The storyboard can be presented as Storyboard is the graphic organizer that involve illustration and images displaying in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualising a motion picture, animation and interactive media sequence. A storyboard is prepared by considering creative writing collage that helped me to develop the own knowledge and skills in particular area such as audio collage. In above section I conducted the research about CIPD that is charted institute of personal and development used to bring the change own skills and ability to work properly (Reed, Dagli, and Hambly Odame, 2020). Hello, My name is Joseph John completed graduation and entered in CIPD courses in London University. I am 24 years old, Business and personal development student was taking regular classes for the purpose of developing the understanding and managing each work. By following the storyboard, I explored my skills and abilities regarding a topic of critical reflective practices. When I was studying in college I used to prepare myself by learning different courses and managing the performance. During conducting research, I came to know about audio creating skills which is used to develop the listening and speaking skills. I prepared the presentation on research topic which provided by my tutor and needs to complete on time. Throughout my presentation, I would refer an interest of mine which I commenced in upper section. During the researching process increased my knowledge regarding aim and objectives which is prepared for 5

the purpose of managing all functions and activities. I decided to improve my knowledge in CIPD course where I analysed that CIPD framework can be used by people for the purpose of developing their skills in different field. During the study when my tutor assigned me a work I felt nervous and thought how this work will be done. This was an opportunity for me where I could show my capability and potentials to complete the project and accomplishing work. To complete the project there is need to have proper skills and traits which can be used to run the project and getting future opportunities. Study is important for me that I used to prepare the presentation over audio collage. I have read about audio collage and how to communicate with others that supported me to develop the future career and manage the each task that might be arises while working. Audio collage is also known as sound collage which is created by recording sounds of trains on different vinyl records that can be understand easily by others. This story board helps me to share my all experience which I done in conducting research, deciding aim and objectives, and responding all questions. The charted institute of personal development was beneficial for me as I came to know how a person behave and bring changes in their skills to work perfectly (Karnieli-Miller, 2020). I used the Gibbs reflection model in my study section where different stages I used such as description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, and action plan which uses to share the personal experience. In description stage, I have done the personal development courses which is needs to improve the personal and professional skills that can help to manage the project. The second stage is feeling wherein I felt good to do prepare this story board as I had good communication skills, writing skills, leadership skills, speaking traits and time management skills which used to managing the good working. The communication skills which I use to know clear and share the information with others that can help to managing the all working. Communication skills is important for each other as when people are doing some work by preparing team then work is allocating between them as per their skills and abilities that supports to finish the work in certain period of time. I had good writing skills which I learnt during study that brought the different ways to improve the writing skills. This trait helped me to bring the changes and managing all activities and functions properly. The leadership trait also important for me as it uses to leading the people who were involved in my incidental project where I enhanced my leadership skills to guide my team members and completing the work in certain period of time. The leadership skills which I used to understanding properly and maintaining all 6
activities properly. This was an critical task for me, monitored and controlled by myself while presenting the storyboard. I evaluated that my experience was good about critical incident of study and managing the all activities (Abiogu, and et.al., 2020). The personal data which I analysed in project related to how a HR issues which faced in operating a business and provide different ways to resolve the problems. HR management plays very important role at the workplace as it identify the vacancy, recruit and select the right people who are able to work and manage each functions and task effectively. I collected the personal data by using implicit and explicit sources such as learning diagnostic personal data by considering team role questionnaires, and learning style questionnaires. I used the learning style questionnaires by preparing good survey and asking questions with different people that helped to develop the understanding and managing the good performance. This supported to me to develop the learning and teaching skills which can help to accomplish the personal goals and objectives. On the other side, other personal data which I collected is self-awareness diagnostic that considered personality tests, emotional intelligence, social intelligence survey, testimonies, and values inventory that can help to managing the all functions and activities. I used the emotional and social intelligence to complete the storyboard which supported to developing the social skills and behaving positively. This also helps to managing the all functions and brings the changes in their task. During the critical study, I improved my decision making skills by observing my seniors that provided me understanding how to make decision by managing all functions as well as activities. The another personal data is poetics and creative personal data involving lyrics, religious quotations, drawings, poetry, and lyrics that could be used to analysis the data. From the above lyrics is being used by me to prepare the presentation with the help of audio creating skills and controlled each work. This provided me proper understanding and skills which I used to accomplish the goals and objectives (Bryson, and Andres, 2020). CONCLUSION From the above it can be concluded that reflective cycle is uses by individual to develop the understanding and knowledge about particular topic. I used the self-awareness as personal data while preparing the presentation about CIPD course and personal development. This is important for each individual to follow all aspects and bringing changes in their performance which can help to maintain higher performance. Professional identify refers to information regarding a 7
personal aspects which supports to improve own skills and abilities regarding a particular topic and managing all activities. There are two types of resources which uses to collect information and attaining the higher performance. A storyboard is the detailed explanation of own experience that happened earlier and maintain good activities. I hope that would gain much inspiration and knowledge from my storyboard where I enhanced knowledge from own personal reflective journey. 8
