INTRODUCTION Approaches of learning is focused on how the children is learned according to their behaviour and skills which are used by children in order to engage with learning (King, 2019). To supporting the children's nature it is help for acquiring the knowledge and able to learn new skills so that it can set and achieve goals. The report will discuss about the social influence on the children school and learning achievement. Also, evaluating the factors which are influence children such as parental factors, ethnicity, nurseries, poverty etc. MAIN BODY The approaches of learning is refers to the skills and behaviour that can be used for engagement in learning. There are different factors of social learning that can be creating language and experience environment that can be help for stimulating the mind for growing. Also, it has the systematic way for rewarding the child while learning so that it can encourage them for learning. It has been analysed that the pre-school time is best known for the mental development of child (Murray, 2019). The social groups are played important role for attainment of children's education, there are different types of education system can be followed in order to achievement of lower attainment as compared to children who are belongs to middle class background. When the child is belongs to lower class and the economic condition is low there are less possibility of get proper education knowledge. On other hand, it is critically analysed that there are major class system has shown in the society because the expectation and aspirations is low. At that time children has suffered from many issues such as economic hardship that are often linked with material deprivation. This is refers to the situation when the children is claimed as the lack of attention. According to J.W.B Douglas (1964) it has been contrast that people who are belongs to middle class they are believe in receiving more encouragement and attention from parents. These middle class children primary socialisation experienced with the most working children class for those who are not succeed in education (Russo, 2019). When the parental influences on the child's learning is depend on the economic condition of the person and it is identified that the teacher's perception for the positive attitude of parent towards the school, teachers and education that is majorly related to the academic performance that can be measure the standardized achievement test. Parents are working hard for their children in order to provide them good opportunities of learning in the school. Beside this, there are so many parents who are not supposed to spent
much amount of income on the education because of poverty their children not get proper knowledge about it. That is why it has influenced badly on the learning of children and also affect the academic performance. In addition to this, National Coalition for Parent Involvement in Education has share their thought about there is no matter what background and income has a person. A students who is very much involved with the parents has the advantages of getting good grades in exam because the parent involvement is necessary for having the better skills (Metcalf, 2019). It is also help for improving the behaviour that can be adopt by the children. The involvement of father support is help children's attitude and behaviour and help to learn new and p0ractical skills. As seen the careeraspirationsit isgenerallyprepared for thehighersocialclassbecause theyhave significancesupportoffamily, incomeetc. Also, therearemanyplaceswheregender discrimination is subjected while making the choice for learning, there are many stereotypes are seen around the society who have impacted on the education of girls or boys. Some of the parents are not believe in girl's education and that is why they have no choice for provide them higher education. The government take the initiative regarding this because this initiative help the girls children free education and also provide scholarship so that they can motivate them selves for higher education (Joshi, 2020). So, gender equality is important factor in the education because it is encourages girls as well as boys in order to participate in the economic, political; and social life for development of society. Moreover, education can be crucial in order to changing attitude and behaviour of the person and when the parents take the initiative regarding the girl's education it can be give best result in near future. Ethnicity is also played important role for the attainment of education that can enhanced the privileged background of the student. The educational and occupational attainment of parents are help for dominant groups that can be used the educational system in order to secure about the privilege across generation. It is contradicted that ethnicity affect the school performance of children in order to discriminate from teachers, classmates and schoolmates who has given negative attitude about the school that can possess lower motivation. This low motivation influence negative that can possess the lower the performance in the school this and at that types of situation children are not wants to think [positive in order to complete the higher education. It is very important to motivate the employees so that they can understand the value of education and also help them to

learn new skills (Sanders and Mazzucchelli, 2018). In the school there are students who belongs to different culture and has different concepts about learning. Female education is necessary equal to the the male's education. Parental support is must while getting good grades in the school and it is also help for monitoringassisting the home work. There are different approaches of learning, behavioural approach is help to solve the problem by their own and understand about the response that are important in multiple discrimination. This approach help for verbal chain learning, motor chain learning, acquisition of rules etc. So that children can used this approach forbetter performance in school. The second approach is related to social learning that is very important in considering all the related factors. For example, according to social approach children arelearning from the parent what and how they are doing the work. This help to expand the knowledge of the person as well as motivates in the right direction. When the parents are goods at communication and speak gently, in that case children learn good habits from their parents and adopt good habits (de Wit and Regeer, 2018). In the constructivist approach it is help for building the creative skills such as brainstorm from the games such as abacus and this types of activities are help the children while creating connections with others in school. In this problem solving skills can be learned by the child and it helped a lot in school as well as higher education and expand the knowledge regarding this. The another approach iscognitive approach for learning that is focused o9n the remembering and memorising the things. It helps to learn for the long-termthat can enhanced the grades in school and also build the habit of practising (Sanders, Turner and Metzler, 2019). This increases the ability of getting knowledge and collect the relevant information. Further approach is belongs to experimental approach that influence the children in doing practical things. This is enhanced
to learn from the occurrence and event that can be seen by the children in the school and at home. On the other hands, it is critically analysed that there are some factors that are negative which is learn by children to see the teachers such as when the teacher is screamingon the students it can impacted bad on the nature of children and change the behaviour. CONCLUSION It has been concluded that there are different learning approach followed by the children but the main learning is get by parental support. This parental support enhance the performance of the child as well as help to make the better among all of them. Also, analysed that there are different factors which are affect the children learning such as ethnicity, income, poverty etc. These all factors are affected differently in order to change the perception of people.
