INTRODUCTION
Management and operations are the important functions of an
organisation and it helps to accomplish the work in effective
manner. In this presentation, there are following topics are
covered such as : key approaches of operations management and
its importance & value and factors that impact decisions making
by leaders and managers.

KEY OPERATIONAL APPROACHES
• Total quality management : This approach is based on the
quality management and control. It is important for an
organisation to produce quality products so that more number
of consumers can attract towards the company.
