to language differences. This was making them reluctant to purchase certain good or products,
especially in food section.
Thus, looking at this issue, I came up with an innovative idea to train myself as well as
my fellow team mates with some foreign language courses that helped me to cater the needs and
demands of customers, in order to improve the quality of products and services and thus will
