Building architecture design was the set of activities involved in the construction of the
building. This process was carried out in the design stage. This process consists of the
ergonomic design as well as the outline of the building design. This design was developed by the
architecture. This process was the very important process in the construction. This process
converts the structural parts into the final construction part. Here the aesthetic design was
considered as the important factor. In this report, we are going to develop the design as well as
the constructional outline for the building using the 3D modelling software. This process first
starts with the site selection as well as site measuring process. Here all the steps involved in the
architectural design was explained.

So this process needs some set of rules and conditions. Many countries in the world follow the

standard brings the guidelines for the each and every element in the construction. It considers the
structural requirements as well as the ergonomic design requirements of the building. In this
project, UK standards are considered as a guideline. Based on this standard the various elements
are selected.

The site evaluation was the first stage of the architectural design evaluation process. Here
we need to assess the site completely. In this stage, we need to collect the details about the site
and its parameters like length, area, breadth, and buildings near the site. These parameters are
needed to assess before the design development. That brings the guidelines for the design. Also,
that avoids the problems in the construction. For our problem, the site assessment was
completed. The site has the area of 0.08867 hectares. And the more details about the site was
measured, these details are used during the design and construction stage.
Software Selection
For developing the architectural design for the building we need to use the 3D modelling
software tools. For that purpose there are many software tools are available in the market. We
need select the software based on our requirement. For our design ‘Autodesk Revit 2019’
software was selected. This software contains the bunch of features for the architectural design
of the building.
Outline Design Development
The schematic overview of the design was developed by using the Autodesk Revit 2019
software. This process started with the choosing the architectural template. Because the Revit
software has the preloaded templates for the building we need to select the design type. In our
case, the architectural Design template was selected. That has the basic stages involved in the
architectural design. Here we need to make some changes based on the requirement.
First, we need to add the levels in the elevation. That helps to make the design based on
the floor we need. In our case, we need to design the ground floor as well as the first floor. So
here three levels are selected. The distance between each level was selected as 10 foot. That was
shown in the below figure.

the first floor, we need to develop four office rooms, four meeting rooms and some water closets.
