INTRODUCTION
Marketing is one of major functions to a business or company right now, and
there is no business can achieve appropriate outcomes without considering the function
of marketing. Basically, a business has to use different strategies for making its
marketing function very effective. Currently there are many effective strategies of
marketing exists in marker place which can give great contribution to a company for
taking lots of advantages through marketing functional department (Krajnović, Sikirić
and Bosna, 2018). In the series of marketing strategies, there is digital marketing is also
a one of major marketing strategies in this modern world, in which upper management
and marketing manager of each business has highly required to consider digital
marketing aspect within its workplace. This report discusses the actual meaning of
marketing, social media marketing and digital marketing. Two examples of social media
contents also have been discussed in this report.

Marketing
Marketing, currently it is the most valuable as well as productive function to an
organisation. Basically, this function enables to a company or business for promoting its
products and services at the large scale in marker place, and this is the main reason
that upper management of a business have to maintain an effectiveness within its
marketing function. On the other side, no business can survive in the current highly
competitive market place without conducting different practices of marketing. This
function enables to a venture for attracting many new customers towards own brand in
the marketplace. Marketing gives great opportunity to a venture for gaining huge
competitive advantage as well as higher profit margins at the market place. Currently
there is huge competition in each industry or sector, in which there is marketing is the
most effective functional department that can enable to a business for systematically
