The present report is based upon the Armstrong Academies where schools are operated in
three regions. With the help of this present data i.e. students survey results and complaints
received, the present study will help to determine the best practices opted by the schools along
ith the practice on which management should have to focused.

Comparative information
Through the above information it has been identified from complaints received that
Williamson Secondary received highest number of complaint regarding homework
disproportionate among subjects as compared to other two schools. Also, the absenteeism among
teacher were also high in Williamson and New Brighton as compared to Abbott. Whereas, New
Brighton provide enough tutor support to their students whereas Abbott Secondary received
highest number of complaints. Apart from all three schools faces highest number of issue
regarding homework did not submit on time. Further, students of Williamson faced issue
regarding poor sanitisation in the toilets and playground as compared to Abbott.
Beside this, through the student survey results it has been interpreted that majority of the
students are disagreed in all the schools regarding senior manager’s behaviour. Also, in
Williamson school, there is a need to focused upon the teacher’s absenteeism, while the rate of
absenteeism in low in New Brighton. Moreover, all the three schools have low turnover of
teaching staff which is a best practice. Through the comparative analysis, it has been identified
that in Williamson and New Brighton, there is a need to focused upon the sanitisation facilities
because all the students are disagreed. However, Abbott Secondary School’s students are
satisfied with the sanitisation facility of schools.
In addition to this, New Brighton must have arranged the lab in effective manner because
245 students are strongly disagreed with the same. Further, New Brighton Secondary must have
to provide extra-curricular activities that helps to create a positive working environment whereas,
students of both Williamson and Abbott Secondary have agreed that the school have ample of
extra-curricular activity. Apart from this, Williamson and New Brighton did not provide proper
timetabling to their students and also did not prepare for external examination as compared to
Abbott Secondary. Also, the classroom size is accurate only in Abbott secondary and that is why,
only this school student can easily or comfortably seated in classes. The school also provide
healthy options but majority of the students are strongly disagreed in the case of Williamson and
New Brighton whereas, Abbott Secondary have to focused upon the tutor support so that
student’s academic skills can be improved.

Best practices
Through the findings it has been analysed that each school have its own best practices
which are as mentioned below:
Williamson School: The school has a well-arranged lab where students do not face any
problem and sometimes the school also focused upon extra-curricular activities.
Abbott Secondary School: The school received less complaints against other two schools
regarding high turnover, sanitisation, managers also effectively deal with problems. Also,
the canteen offer healthy options as compared to other school and timetable does not
changes that helps to make a flow of academic among students.
New Brighton Secondary: The quoted school faces range of issues regarding each
section but the best practice is tutor support to students that helps them to gain effective
results. Also, other areas need to be improved that helps to improve the brand image and
student’s engagement.
TASK 5
Management
Through survey, it has been identified that there are many key areas which needs to be
adopted by management which are as mentioned below:
Sanitisation: The management of both Brighton and Williamson must focused upon the
sanitisation facilities because it helps to prevent students from disease and increases the
life-spans. If this is not followed, then it creates adverse impact over student’s health and
school’s performance.
Ambiance: There is a need to focused upon ambiance of the school because it creates
impression over the students (Fisher, 2020). Through the survey, it has been identified
that there is a poor canteen, arrangement of labs is not proper. That is why, management
should have focused upon such thing otherwise it creates adverse impact.
Turnover: Management of school must have to focused upon high turnover rate because
it might lead to lose competence employees. If the turnover is high, then it affects the
adverse impact over the performance (Koenka, 2020).

Extra-curricular activities: Focusing upon extra-curricular activities will help the
students to engage within the schools. Further, it will help to improve the overall
performance of a schools.
TASK 6
Data limitation
The biggest limitation identified within chosen data is such its volume, such that under
the data set other key aspects are not covered like, advance technology used in learning material,
school culture (Papadopoulos, Baltas and Balta, 2020). The quantity of the chosen data set is also
quite small, that is why other aspects did not cover that helps to identify the worst and good
practice within each region of Armstrong academic.
