ART THERAPY2How would you advocate for the adaptations required to create accessibility?I would advocate for the adaptations required to create accessibility in the organizations by explaining to the top management on the importance of supporting a person with a disability. I would also create awareness on the value of these adaptations in the organization. Why adaptations should be made?Adaptations should be made in order to foster equality in the organization. What are the costs (not only financial?) and the benefits of accessibility and universal design? The costs involved are both financial and timely when creating these physical spaces. Budgetary allocation for fostering the adaptations to create accessibility might also be costly to the organization. Additionally, the time scheduled for this can waste the organization's resources. The benefits of accessibility design are that it ensures that the working environment is accessible to all individuals with disabilities and accessible to them as well (Torrente Vigil et al, 2014).Art TherapyWhat do you think of the process of Art Therapy?Art Therapy deals with the creation of art to enhance and increase awareness. Art can promote personal development, increased coping skills, and enhance a cognitive action. The process of Art Therapy is beneficial to the health and well-being of individuals. Art can improve a relationship and resolve circumstances that led one to seek the therapeutic value of art. Art can help someone to deal with difficult situations or troubling issues. The benefits of art require a little effort to solve problems (Art as a Therapeutic Tool: Two Perspectives of Product vs. Process, 2009).

ART THERAPY3What was interesting/new/challenging/exciting about it?The interesting thing about Art therapy is how it works to relieve someone from depression and stress by causing an effect on the body in such a way that relieves stress. What is the difference between art therapy and just engaging in art for leisure: is there adifference? The difference between using art for fun and art as a therapy is that the primary goal of art for fun is to create finished artworks in class, influencing the creation of the artwork, and being taught by a trained or experienced person. Such a person may be required to use such skillsto be evaluated and exhibited. The primary goal of art therapy is psychological changes in a therapeutic form. In this case, the artwork does not have to be aesthetically pleasing or finished to add value. However, art therapy is used as a form of relieving one from stressful circumstances (Art as a Therapeutic Tool: Two Perspectives of Product vs. Process, 2009).Flo postWhat you think the link is between serious leisure (as presented by Robert Stebbins) and theexperience of FLOW?Robert Stebbins defines serious leisure as a systematic pursuit, hobby, or volunteering in an activity that is interesting and fulfilling on the part of the participant. The participant can find it as a career whereby they can acquire a set of skills, knowledge, and experience. However, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi does not concur with this point concerning leisure. He argues that the best moments in life are not the passive, receptive and relaxing times. He says the best times are the ones in which the body and mind of a person's body are stretched to their limit in a voluntary effort to attain something difficult and worth (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi: Flow, the secret to
