The topic of the article is focused on the rise of rules which has led to killing of progress in
long run. The article name is “Red Tape Rising: Regulation in Obama’s First Term” written
by James Gattuso and Diane Katz. The major analysis points are covered are concentrated
on the first five years plan of Barack Obama legislation. (Gattuso & Katz, 2013).
The paper outline is divided into following important sections which firstly starts with
