recent scenario, this can be seen and analysed that there is increased kind of attention on the cross-
national variation in the different activities related to cross-variation. The main aspect is to analyse
and identify the influence of the institutional dimensions on probability of becoming the entrepreneur.
The different dimensions have been taken into consideration effectively.
The issues which have been identified in the respective article is relating to the different
economic issues which are being faced by the different entrepreneurs in managing the different
activities in an efficient manner. The different environmental factors affect the different activities of
entrepreneurship in a negative manner. There are different kinds of institutional approaches which are
required to be analysed as this affects the overall entrepreneurial activities effectively.

From the above article, this can be analysed and recommended that there are different
recommendations which can be provided in order to improve the different activities related to

variables in an appropriate manner which is especially for the different independent variables which
will be close to the conceptualization of the different institutional variables and dimensions. The
proper usage of the multi-level modelling can be used in addressing the unobserved issues and
heterogeneity within the cross-cultural country or individual’s data set.
The implications of the institutional dimensions will be helpful in managing the different
activities in an effective manner. The regulative dimensions are inclusive of different regulative kinds
of rules about the quality of the different products and services. On the other hand, the normative
dimension is inclusive of the social norms along with social regulations wherein the quality is the
major aspect which is required to be identified effectively. The cultural dimension is inclusive of the
shared kind of social knowledge which is inclusive of the quality and quantity management. The

Utility and Drawbacks of the Study
There are few drawbacks of the study which has been included in the respective article is

analysed which will be beneficial for the success of the entrepreneurial activities in an efficient
manner. On the other hand, there are different utilities of the institutional dimensions which are
required to be analysed effectively which will be beneficial for the success of the firm. The approach
is popular in nature in an organized economic kind of system. The business records are being
organized in an effective manner which will be beneficial for the different business undertakings and
there is different usage of the statistical information which is inclusive of profit along with the trends
of the sales in the organization.
Usage of the Same in Organizations in United Arab Emirates
The institutional dimensions can be helpful in the different organizations in UAE as this will
be providing dimensions to the different cross-cultural dimensions which is effective in nature.
