Summary of article
The title of the research paper is Leadership Models in Health CaredA
Case for Servant Leadership which was written by Victor and other
authors in the year 2014. This article is based on the management style
and role of leadership in the fitness maintenance (Trastek, Hamilton, and
Niles, 2014). The goal of this article is to evaluate the concept of a
management model and review the significance of leadership in the area
of fitness care. According to the Auerbach, and Kellermann, (2011)
current health care systems are not secure and sustainable which creates
problems in the system and patient requires the best quality of care with
lower cost. In this journal paper, the researchers described various
leadership models for health care organizations and also evaluated
challenges faced by health care organization. It is identified that the
authors also provided the dimension of the challenges linked with health
care providers and critically analysed the key aspects of leadership
models. The authors analysed that to change and manage the excellence
of care effectively the health care providers should focus on the
leadership style and lead their team to improve the performance of their
work.
Critique of the article
After analysing the journal paper it has found that the researcher
provided an in-depth analysis of the research topic and discussed the
rank of management in the fitness care organizations. The authors
argued that health care communities are in the best situation for
determining the effective process of increasing the value of care. But, for
improving overall performance they must learn how to lead patients in an

effective manner and focus on their leadership styles. After reviewing the
research study it has identified that the investigators adopted various
kinds of research methodologies such as qualitative research design,
research strategies, research approach, secondary data collection
technique, and content analysis method for analysing the obtained data
and facts. Therefore, by using such kinds of methods the authors
improved the efficiency of the research and achieved aims and goals of
the research. there are several strengths of this paper such as provided
complete information, reduced the gaps and drawbacks of previous
papers, highlighted the role of leadership in health care and adopted the
effective research methods. There are major two drawbacks of this paper
such as did not include a literature review and provided only theoretical
facts about the research topic. Therefore, it is concluded that an effective
leadership style can change the way of communication and improve the
efficiency of health care providers. Moreover, recent literature conducted
by Abbas, et al., (2011) also concluded the same point and agreed that
leadership style has the potential for enhancing the efficiency of the
health care system.

This journal paper was written by Luis, Mariam and Frabcisco in the year
2011 which is based on the leadership and job satisfaction (CARLOS, et
al., 2011). The key aim of the research article is to examine the nurse
manager's leadership natures and compare with the behaviours of staff
nurses. A current literature conducted by Jiang, Lockee, and Bass, (2008)
agreed that fitness care organizations are regulating to ecological
