The article titled “Nursing Care with a Human Approach": A Model for Practice with
Service Excellence” states that service reaching teams react to the call of global patterns or
trends which are geared toward nursing practice qualification. The aim of the study was to
establish a care model for clinical practice which permits a consistent improvement and
enhancement in nursing practice or care. The method used encompassed descriptive
methodology which was created in sequential stages which comprised identifying the need of
having a care model in nursing care, characterizing the desired scenario and context, literature
reviews, describing the model, and validating the theoretical proposal. Some of the key words
