Your Name Instructor Name Course Number Date Part 1: Project Topic – Artificial Intelligence (AI) What is it? AI enables machines to learn from their interactions and experiences and adapt to their new inputs to make complex decisions and accomplish human-likes tasks. Why did you choose it? Recently, AI has emerged as a hot discussion area and has been applied in various fields across the globe. Most of the AI applications evident today – ranging from computers that can play chess to autonomous cars highly depend on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Recognition(Miller 19) At this point, what do you think the answers will be? Why? Using the AI technologies mentioned above, machines can be trained and learn to perform particular tasks by processing big data and recognizing trends and patterns in the data using business intelligence tools. What steps will you take to answer the questions? To answer the questions, I will embark on searching existing literature in digital libraries such as ScienceDirect, Sage or Emerald journals. I will use keywords such as AI, uses of AI, AI applications and AI technologies. After rigorous scrutiny of the literature, I will pick a few of them that best answers the questions in context. What obstacles (if any) do you see in your way to answering the questions? The major challenge would be allocating enough time to carry out the project. However, this I can manage by researching during late night and early morning hours. Also, the scope of AI is very wide, and it is challenging to define what to include and what to leave out(Anderson and Rainie 3)
