Artificial intelligence is the part of digital advancement of modern world which
emphasises on developing a computer, robot or software which can think, work and behave like
humans. It is a field of study which solve complex problems that are impossible to solve by
humans or are time consuming. Companies like Apple, Amazon, etc. are introducing new
machines based on artificial intelligence for the ease management and to enable comfortable
service experience to their customers.
The IT technicians are working on new advancements for developing effective software and
machines which can work for the humans by just taking commands. Also people are making
films on artificial intelligence for showing both negative and positive aspects of using artificial
intelligence in daily life of humans. The essay will outline negative and positive aspects of using

Artificial intelligence is the new technology for improving the thinking ability of
computers for increasing their working functionality. The scope of artificial intelligence is very
high and it is increasing at such a pace human cannot predict. The behaviour of people towards
the AI is both in positive and negative ways. AI is machine learning which supports natural
processing of language, advanced analytics and easy response to human instructions. AI in
today's time is helpful for the humans in learning and to solve the various complex problems and
theorems which are hard for the human brain. Artificial intelligence is helpful for businesses as
through this, businesses are doing automation in their business processes which saves time and
money as well as also increasing the efficiency and productivity of the companies. Through this,
management of businesses can take effective decisions by comparing the output from cognitive
technologies.
AI is also useful for minimising the human errors and offers a smart system for removing
the inefficiencies which will ultimately saves time and money of the organisations (Bostrom and
Cirkovic, 2011). Artificial Intelligence is not just a dream or science fiction but has become most
essential part of human lives and continues to simplify the lives of human race.
